General terms and conditions of use of the site
1. Access and use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any person with access to the Internet (the "User"). All costs related to access to the Site, including hardware, software and Internet access costs, are the exclusive responsibility of the User.
Any person accessing and using the features of the Site acknowledges having read and agrees to observe these general terms and conditions of use. The User also agrees to use the content accessible on the Site in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Company strives to keep the Site accessible at all times. However, it cannot be held responsible for any temporary unavailability of the Site, especially for reasons of maintenance, force majeure, IT difficulties or telecommunications networks. The User declares he/she has the necessary skills and resources to access the Site and acknowledges that he/she has checked that the computer used does not contain viruses and is in perfect working order.
It is absolutely forbidden to obstruct or attempt to obstruct the proper operation or functionality of the Site in any way whatsoever, in particular by performing operations causing overloads not in accordance with normal use of the Site (DDoS). The unauthorized use of systems or devices to search, retrieve, copy, monitor and/or extract data available on the Site for direct or indirect commercial use, including for posting on another website, is also prohibited.
The Site provides access to other websites published by ENGIE Solutions or companies of the ENGIE Group and the said sites may have their own legal notices, which must be consulted and observed.
2. Liability
As User, you must refrain from all and any acts contrary to applicable regulations that may infringe the privacy, honour, sensitivity, brand image or reputation of any natural or legal person and, in particular, ENGIE Solutions by avoiding any mention, message or text that may be defamatory, provocative, malicious, denigrating or threatening on any medium whatsoever. All and any acts contrary to public order or decency are also prohibited.
ENGIE Solutions strives to provide Users with available, verified information, content and hypertext links. However, the Company declines all liability for errors, omissions, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses that damage Users' digital terminals.
ENGIE Solutions also declines all liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from or related to any third party using our Site to spread a virus that may infect your computer system when you log on to, use or browse this Site. Similarly, ENGIE Solutions declines all liability for any material or incidental damage (including, but not limited to, technical faults, disclosure of confidential documents, loss of data) or any other indirect damage whatsoever arising from or related to use of the Site.
ENGIE Solutions declines all liability for any direct or indirect damage caused by illegal interference by a third party leading to modification or loss of the information or elements available on the Site. The information published on the Site is given for information purposes only.
Each User assumes all risks related to the credit he or she gives to this information. It may contain incorrect information or omissions, especially typos and layout errors. If you notice an error, please let us know so that we can correct it.
ENGIE Solutions declines all liability for display difficulties caused by insufficient bandwidth, difficulties in terms of use or incompatibility between this Site and your browser or any other program used to access the Site.
The User browses the Site exclusively at his/her own risk. No express or implied warranty is given by the Company.
The User undertakes not to transmit to ENGIE Solutions any (confidential or personal) data in the free comment areas or any attachments ENGIE Solutions is not authorized to see. ENGIE Solutions may not be accused of holding such information if it has not been expressly requested from Users. ENGIE Solutions reserves the right to delete such data.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site as a whole, together with each individual component (including specific programs and developments, trademarks, texts, illustrations, logos, graphics, files, company names, products and photographs, etc.), is the exclusive property of the Company or the third parties who have granted the corresponding licences. The Site and these elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
The Company hereby grants Users a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence only to represent and access the pages of the Site on his/her screen.
Any total or partial representation and/or reproduction of the Site or the elements thereof protected under copyright, trademark law, database law and, in general, by intellectual property law, regardless of the framework and medium used, without express, prior and written authorization from the Company in the person of the editor, is prohibited. ENGIE Solutions reserves the right to remove without delay and without prior notice any content (message, text, image or graphic, etc.) that contravenes applicable laws and regulations and, in particular, the regulations specified above.
4. Hypertext links
The Company may include computer applications from third parties (e.g. Facebook share button) on the Site. This type of feature lets the User share content on the Site with other people or publish the User’s query and/or opinion regarding Site content.
Pointing hypertext links for commercial or advertising purposes to all or part of the Site is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance by the Company in the person of the editor. The Company reserves the right to remove links to third-party sites from its Site.
In addition, as website contents evolve rapidly, the Company formally declines all liability for the content linked via the Site and used by the User.

ethics@engie.com is for ENGIE Group employees and third parties to report their observations in accordance with the "Sapin II" law of 9 December 2016 on transparency, anti-corruption and economic modernization and the "Duty of Care" law of 27 March 2017 on the due diligence of parent and contractor companies.
The entity responsible for the whistle-blowing system is ENGIE SA.

The recipients of the whistle-blowing reports are the specially responsible for their processing. The information collected by this system may be disclosed to another company in the Group for the report to be processed in accordance with law, in particular by taking all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information disclosed.
Transfers outside the EU: if necessary, such transfers are supervised by the ENGIE Group's BCRs.

7. Updates

8. Applicable law
The Site and its contents are governed by French law excluding all others. If, for any reason whatsoever, a court holding jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall in no way affect the validity of the other terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
