3. Intellectual Property

The Site as a whole, together with each individual component (including specific programs and developments, trademarks, texts, illustrations, logos, graphics, files, company names, products and photographs, etc.), is the exclusive property of the Company or the third parties who have granted the corresponding licences. The Site and these elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Objectives pursued and areas concerned:
The whistle-blowing system ethics@engie.comis open to all ENGIE Group stakeholders: employees, regardless of their employment status, customers and suppliers, etc. Its use is strictly voluntary and may not be made compulsory.
The recipients of the whistle-blowing reports are the specially responsible for their processing. The information collected by this system may be disclosed to another company in the Group for the report to be processed in accordance with law, in particular by taking all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information disclosed.
Transfers outside the EU: if necessary, such transfers are supervised by the ENGIE Group's BCRs.
